Dear President Obama,
On May 20, 2009 as reported by Ynet new, you intend to formally bequeath the Palestinians the eastern half of
Jerusalem along with your new Middle East peace initiative while Cairo on June 4, 2009.
As an American who loves and supports Israel and as a believer in Messiah, I do not believe God wants the land of
Israel ever divided again.
God promised this land to the Jewish People. In 1967, He re-united Israel and created a nation in a day.. I know you
are being pressured by other Governments to make Israel give up this land. We must learn from what has happened
when Israel gave the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians. Instead of peace, we have gotten more violence, the spilt of the
Palestinian Government and continued attacks from Hamas. I am also sending a letter to my Representatives asking
them not to support you in this effort. I am asking you as the Leader of our Nation to support Israel in reaching
peace with their neighbors without putting the people and land at risk.
The Torah tells us God promised the land to the Children of Israel. The New Covenant tells us in Luke 24 that
Jerusalem would be trampled on by the Gentiles until the time of the Gentiles be fulfilled. I believe this started in 70
AD and was fulfilled in 1967 when Jerusalem once again came under the control of Israel. As you celebrated the
Passover this past April in the White House you will remember that God promised this land to The Jewish people. I
am asking you to make History and be the President that gives the Jewish people a land that they can live with out fear
of war and death. Make a change and Bless Israel,
I know God will bless our Nation and Israel as long as we follow His plans not Man’s. Please do not support any plan
that requires Israel to give any part of East Jerusalem to the Palestinian Authority. I will continue to pray for you as
our President, our government and I pray for the peace of Jerusalem. (Psalms 122:6)
