1.   We believe the Bible (both Old and New Covenants) to be the divinely inspired Word of God; it is our source and final
authority.  (II Timothy 3:16; I Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12).

2.   We believe
the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob to be the only living and true God.  He is an
eternal  tri-unity of three co-equal and divine personalities:  God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit.  He is the
Creator of heaven and earth. (Deuteronomy. 6:4; Genesis. 1:1; Matthew 3:16-17).

3.   We believe
Yeshua Ha Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) to be the only begotten Son of God who became God
incarnate.  He was both fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Jewish virgin Miriam. (I John 4:
9; Matthew 1:20-23; Luke 1:27-32).

4.  We believe Yeshua, by virtue of His miraculous birth and sinless life, voluntarily
gave Himself as the perfect atoning
sacrifice for the sins of Israel and all mankind
and by His vicarious death made it possible for all to be reconciled to God.
(Romans 5:8; Galatians 1:4; Hebrews 9:26).

5.  We believe after His death on the tree, the Lord
Yeshua on the third day rose from the dead and ascended into
heaven
, where He is seated at the right hand of the Father, as our Intercessor and Advocate, the only mediator between
God and man. (II Corinthians 5:15; Matthew 28; Mark 16; Luke 24).

6.  We believe the Lord
Yeshua will soon descend from heaven to gather (rapture) the true believers, those who have
accepted Yeshua as the Messiah, unto Himself. (I Thessalonians 4; Rev. 20:6).

7.  We believe
all men are sinners by nature and in need of salvation, which can only be accomplished by confession in
the Messiah, by God’s grace and through His atoning blood, death and resurrection.  (Romans 3:23-25; Romans 10:9-10;
Ephesians 2:8-9; I Peter 1:1819).

8.  We believe that
every follower of Yeshua should seek the infilling of the Holy Spirit as a definite and distinct
experience, that they might be endued with power for the Messiah’s service. (Acts 1:4-5 & 8; Acts 2:1-18 & 38-39).
However, this is not a prerequisite for salvation.

9.  We believe
disunity, Proverbs 6:16-19, with others in the congregation is detrimental and shall be disciplined
according to Matthew 18:15-18, with the final decision left to the spiritual leader and board.

10. We believe
in tithing and love offerings to support the work of God. One-tenth is the measure of one’s tithe. (Leviticus
chapter 27; Malachi 3:10; Luke 6:38).

11. We believe in a literal
heaven and hell. (II Peter 3:13; Revelation . 21:1-2; Psalm 9:17; Matthew 10:28).

12. We believe in
the following observances:
What We Believe?
Shabbat  -  Shabbat means "rest."  It so important that God saw fit to include
it in the Ten commandments, and set it apart as one of His “appointments”
not just once a year, as with the other feasts, but once every week.  -  Lev. 23:
1-3; Ex. 20:8-11; Mk. 2:27; Mt. 22:37-40; Gen. 2:3; Is. 56:2-7; Ex. 31:12-17; Lev.
26:2-4; Lev. 26:27-28; Is. 58:13-14; Dt. 5:15; Lev. 26:13; Mt. 12:8; Heb. 4:9-12;
Lk. 23:56; Ez. 20:13; Jer. 17:27; Is. 58:13; Mk. 3:4; Mt. 12:12; Lk. 23:54;

God's Appointed and Times and Feasts  -
We celebrate all of the feasts because it is instructed by God in the Torah for
Israel to observe these festivals forever.   We celebrate the feasts and
practices of the Torah as we experience Mathew 5:17 where Yeshua said
 "I
have not come to abolish the Torah or the Prophets, but to bring them to their
fullness."
 -  Lev.23:21, 31, 41; Ex.12:14.

Mikveh (Baptism)  -  Romans 6:3-4; Matthew 28:19

Communion  -   Luke 22:19; I Corinthians 11:26

Dedication of Children  -  I Samuel 1:26-28; Mark 10:15-16

Matrimony  -  Matthew 19:4-6; Ephesians 5:31

Anointing with Oil  -  Exodus 30:25; James 5:14

Laying on of Hands  -  Acts 6:6; Hebrews 6:1-2
