Revival In RussiaRevival In RussiaRabbi Sekulow joined Hear O' Israel Ministries (HOI) two years after becoming a believer. Scott and his wife Judy work on many of the festivals in the former Soviet Union and helped spread the Gospel to tens of thousands of unsaved Jews and Gentiles. Scott was also part of HOI's Festival in Buenos Aries, Argentina in August of 2000. He shared his testimony and salvation message to more that 10,000 people. HOI's Messianic Outreach Festivals began in 1993 they have seen over 200,000 people, about half of them Jewish, make professions of faith in their Messiah in cities throughout eastern Europe and beyond. Over 1500 people from all over the world have come to participate during these weeks of intensive street evangelism, prayer, concerts, and home and hospital visits. Here is a list of our past festivals, and their attendance.
God has blessed Hear O Israel Ministries over the last seven years and given them a rich increase of souls in the Land of the North. Over 200,000 of them have heard and believed. But harvest time is far from over. Thousands still hunger to hear the Good News in Russia. Thousands more cry out for news of Him throughout the globe.

God is opening doors for
us to answer "the cry of the poor," not only in Russia but in
India and Argentina, as well. We are going through that door. But I ask: Who
